Description from Goodreads:
How to Land the Hot Guy 1.0

A multimillionaire by the age of 27, app developer Evie James is clueless when it comes to hooking up. So she does what any self-respecting geek-girl looking to get laid would do: she programs her own app for landing a hot guy. After a few failed attempts at making contact, beta testing leads her to Caleb Anderson.

Caleb is used to female attention, but finds himself attracted to Evie because of her unique brand of awkward. A master of one-night stands, he's more than happy to show her what she's been missing in the bedroom. But he quickly discovers that one night with a woman like Evie will never be enough for him.

My Review:
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Crazy, Stupid Sex is my favorite Cosmo Red Hot Read so far. Sure, it follows a lot of clichés – awkward female, dominating male – but it works for this story.
I loved watching as both Evie and Caleb grew over the course of the story. Crazy, Stupid Love is only eighty-eight pages long, and yet, Yates manages to showcase so much growth among these characters. The awkward business woman we meet at the beginning of the story is replaced by a confident woman by the end, and the cocky jerk that Caleb is in the beginning? We get to see an entirely different side to him in the end, one that helps to explain why he’s so closed off.
I loved, loved, loved all the geek references in this story. Doctor Who, Lord of the Rings, etc. They made my fangirl self giddy.

If you’re in need of a quick romance to read, that is more than just sex, I’d definitely suggest checking out Crazy, Stupid Sex. It kind of reminds me of Crazy, Stupid Love. It’s cute, and steamy, but there’s also a warming story mixed in there. (Also, Caleb is actually a swoon-worthy male lead, even if he does come off as a jerk in the beginning, I promise.)
