I'm Back!

I took a bit of a mini-vacation, so I haven't really been around. But I'm back now! :)
I went to Pennsylvania (to visit family) and New York (to attend two White Lies concerts).

Excuse the crap quality. I couldn't use my flash., so it didn't focus properly.

It was nice to just get away for a bit. I've been incredibly stressed with trying to finish Collide, working full-time, and dealing with things that are currently going on in my personal life.

No worries, I am nearing the end of Collide, which is still set for an October 28th release. Again, this book will NOT be available in print. It will be an eBook only release. And yes, it is a stand alone, and it is told in dual POV. I should also mention that yes, it is a New Adult book, but it focuses more on the relationship than it does the steamy scenes. It is quite a bit lighter, as I wanted it to standout, so there isn't a tragedy that brings the two main characters together. Hopefully you guys end up enjoying it once it's released later this month. :)

A few notes concerning the above breakdown:

• Capture is being rewritten but don't expect to see the new edition until 2014. The plan is to release the new edition of Capture at the same time as Release. Because Capture has already been published previously, I'm probably not going to go through all of my usual publishing channels. I may just upload both eBooks to Smashwords and call it a day. We'll see.
• End It on This: My in-verse novel that I started working on in early 2012. I really want to finish this book soon, but I don't see that happening. This will probably be a late 2014 release. (If I decide to go the self-publishing route with this one.)
• Grow Up & Blow Away: This is a very, very, very personal book. I've been working on this one since 2010/2011. I don't think I'll be self-publishing this one. It's a New Adult Contemporary novel, but it's very dark, and I just don't see myself being able to market it correctly. The goal is to finish this one in early 2014 and try and find a home for it.
• The Is Love Series: Volume 1 will remain as is, but I will be fleshing out the rest of the series. Volumes 2-6 will be released all at once in early 2014 (I'm thinking February/March).
• As We Fall: This is a project I can't really go into detail about. All I will say is that it is my NaNo project for this year.
• Survival Instinct: I intended to release this in 2013. That won't be happening. I'm nowhere near finished on outlining this book, so this will be moving to 2014.
• Submerged #2: There will be title reveal soon. I promise. I'm still plotting this one out, so don't expect this until 2014. (I swear, it's my priority after Rebooted is finished.)   
• I do have a YA Sci-Fi series that I'm working on for 2014 but, you won't be hearing much about that until I finish the first book. It is different from the Emile Reed Chronicles, but it features a heroine that is just as awesome as Emile. :) And the best part? The series will complete in 2014, so you won't have to wait long between books!
