Cover Reveal: SURVIVAL INSTINCT!


I do not have a set release date for Survival Instinct, but I do have a cover that was created by Kat Mellon. This was my first time working with Kat, but I'm hoping it won't be my last!

This book has been something I've been working on for quite some time now. I actually started writing The Yearning right after I finished writing Program 13 - which was back in late 2010/early 2011 - so this installment has been a long time coming.


It was very, very, very hard to figure out what I wanted the cover to be for this book. Yes, it is a zombie book. Yes, it can be gory. But it's more than a zombie book. It's more of a character story and how these characters survive in this world. What are they willing to risk? What are they willing to do to survive? What are their motivations? I didn't want the cover to be filled with zombies, because I felt it would be a bit misleading. So I decided to go with an image of one of the main characters.

I don't have an actual description for this book just yet, but it takes place shortly after the short stories The Yearning and The Facility (both of which are available now as one eBook). I'll have an official description soon enough. ;)
